Operations Update as of 4/1/2020

In light of the coronavirus pandemic, Lohmeyer Plumbing has implemented multiple changes for the protection of our employees and customers.  We’ve been ramping up our cleaning efforts, asking technicians to wear gloves in houses, and asking employees to stay home if they’re sick. 

As of this week, we will be implementing a staggered work schedule for our employees.  Half of the team will be working one week, the other half will be working the following week.  Our hopes are that if one of our employees does come in contact with the coronavirus, we can bring the second team in to continuing providing necessary plumbing service to our customers.

This will put us short staffed, so we appreciate your patience.  If you call and get our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call quickly.  We will continue to schedule calls as quickly as possible, prioritizing those that are more urgent.  Email communication is also helpful, as it will keep the phone lines open.  If you email service@lohmeyerplumbing.com, your email will go to our entire office team and will be addressed in a timely manner.

We will continue to ask customers if anyone in their house has been sick or to their knowledge exposed to the coronavirus.  We will also ask if you’ve traveled outside of the state in the last two weeks.  Please keep your distance as we are at your house, for your safety as well of ours.
