PHCC Leadership Summit 2025

This past week, Betsy had the opportunity to attend the Indiana PHCC Leadership Summit. There she was able to network with others in the trades, gain new insights, and be reminded of why we're members of such a strong organization for the plumbing trade.

At Lohmeyer Plumbing, growth doesn't just stop at plumbing skills. The stronger we are as leaders, communicators, and problem solvers, the better we can serve both our customers and our team. That's why our focus in team meetings isn't just on numbers or sales goals. We use that time to learn from one another, share lessons from experience, and keep building the skills that help us deliver the best service possible.

We're thankful to be members of PHCC and for the opportunity to grow alongside other leaders in the plumbing industry. After nearly 90 years in Columbus, our commitment remains the same: to keep learning, keep improving, and keep showing up for the customers who trust us in their homes and businesses.
