DIY or Call a Professional- Part Two

We've been discussing various plumbing projects and when to complete them yourself, and when it's best to call in the expert.  If you missed our previous posts, you can catch up on week one here, and week two here.    

What starts as a simple faucet or toilet repair can easily turn into a larger project when stops don't work or parts don't match up.  Although the initial repair may be simple, trust a professional if it starts going over your head.  You don't want to cause more damage than necessary, or become a regular customer at a big box store all in one frustrating day!

Also, keep in mind that your time is money.  Would you rather spend 3 hours of your Saturday afternoon fixing your toilet, or enjoy it with family and friends?  Calling a professional who can complete the job in an hour gives you more time to do the things you love and need to focus on.
