We carry a wide assortment of Delta, Kohler, American Standard, Chicago, and T&S parts, as well as some other manufacturers. We can also help you find the right faucet for your tub or shower! Our technicians have the capabilities of taking a photo of the faucet in need of replacement, attaching it to the dispatch they're working on, allowing our office staff to view this information immediately. Using that information, we can send it to our suppliers to help identify parts needed if we're not capable of identifying it ourselves.
Replacement can be challenging depending on access behind the shower or tub, or the wall materials in the shower or tub. With a few questions, we can usually appraise over the phone the complexity of the job. Sometimes we do need to send a plumbing technician first to ascertain the best choices and overall scope of the work.
