If you’re reading this on a Tuesday, Lohmeyer’s staff is evaluating the upcoming schedule, the status of current jobs, or specific needs to resolve a customer’s plumbing issues. Plumbers also are either going through or have completed their weekly training.
Before business hours start for each day, Lohmeyer’s staff gather to talk about: critical information for specific jobs, safety matters, seasonal plumbing issues, and any updates on techniques and products.
“The importance of training cannot be overestimated. We care about staff development, and we care about our customers and want to do our best for them. By pooling our knowledge, we’re better,” said David Dietrich of Lohmeyer Plumbing.

Lohmeyer continually evaluates installation and repair processes, and changes techniques if they’re not working to expectations.
